Lights. Camera. Action. Join us for four unforgettable days of filmmaking and screen acting, working alongside professional actors and directors. You’ll learn how to perform confidently for camera, develop original story ideas, and discover what happens behind the scenes of a professional production.

On the final day, you’ll head to Sky Studios, where your ideas will be brought to life as you create and film your own trailer in a real studio setting. Best of all, you’ll take your finished trailer home with you as a lasting reminder of an incredible experience.

Creating and starring in captivating original short films offers a unique opportunity to showcase creativity while engaging audiences with compelling stories and memorable characters.

Join professional actors and directors to develop your acting skills in a fun, supportive, and creative environment. Working together as an ensemble, you’ll explore stage acting, improvisation, scripted performance, devising original theatre, and much more.

No singing or dancing – just drama, creativity, and theatre-making.

Our Create Drama Course gives young people aged 13–18 the opportunity to express themselves creatively, build confidence, make new friends, and develop valuable acting and performance skills under the guidance of experienced theatre professionals.

Previous projects have included:

  • Creating original theatre inspired by children’s literature
  • Performing at the Sutton Libraires Tour
  • Performing the National Theatre Connections Play DNA
  • Performing Punk Rock
  • Performing at Wimbledon Theatre Studio and Cryer Arts Centre
  • Creating and starring in original short films

Course Fees: £15 per week, payable termly. Reduced-fee places are available for young people who receive free school meals.
